We are delighted to offer in-person Ayurveda consultations and workshops at The Co-op at 1st in Denver, Colorado.
The Co-op at 1st offers a shared community space to empower local residents to grow, reclaim and indulge in healthy food. The Co-Op is home to organic gardens, a community-run grocery store, a movement studio, a variety of holistic health practitioners, a welcoming event space and a commercial commissary kitchen.

We are excited to introduce you to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Begin the Gradual Wellness Journey by learning how to eat for your unique mind body type in your first appointment. Molly McConnell or Sierra Brashear of Cultivate Balance will support you as your Ayurvedic practitioner on your journey.
